April April is a dynamic performer who delights audiences with her unique interpretation of Egyptian Dance. She performed with in numerous successful dance companies. Her talents have taken her around the world to Nepal, Bali, Spain and Turkey where she studied the local dances as well as performing and teaching workshops. After studying Nepalese Dance in Nepal she formed Amrit Dance Company with Julie Marques performing classical and folkloric dances. She has also performed belly dance in Paris at the Theatre Le Trianon a, 200 year old theatre in Montmartre. She is now the artistic director of the award winning Three Sisters Bellydancers. As the founder of the Leap of Faith School of Dance, April has brought the joy of belly dancing to women of all ages. She began teaching in 1993 and continues to teach classes and workshops inspiring students to explore this sacred dance.
